There are a variety of finishes available:
 

Rough cast: This is our preferred finish. The higher surface area of a rough cast promotes evaporation of liquid moisture from the surface. The material properties of the DiffuSec and ColorSec work together to increase the drying capabilities of the whole system. It should be noted that lime rough cast lacks some lateral strength even though it has high compressive strength, so where there are likely to be lateral knocks and abrasions a rough cast might not be suitable.
 

Smooth: A smooth finish is possible with the Vivus System. Whilst drying is slightly reduced there is less risk to lateral abrasion damage.
 

Textured: Various textured finishes are possible with the Vivus system. This may well be important where significance of an appearance is important for the building.
